Make sure you hold track of your body fat percentage every other week. Adjust your workout and your nutrition according to your body fat. Rest - It is imperative that you do not over train. Release your body the rest it wants sequential for the muscle to fully heal. It is recommended that you take at fewest two day out regarding the week for done rest.
