Treat you or surprise a diabetic friend with this yummy Tasty things Drizzled Peanut Margarine Cake that is diabetic friendly.  Now do not sit below and have 1/2 the cake!  For diabetics, especially, it is important not to overindulge in anything and that includes cake.  But you can certainly like this cake in moderation.  So leave ahead, pour you a cup of tea and hold a piece of cake.CHOCOLATE-DRIZZLED PEANUT BUTTER CAKE1 cup packing cake boiling powder1/2 tsp boiling soda1/8 tsp salt1/4 cup peanut butter3 tbsp canola oil1/3 cup Splenda granular







1/4 cup packed Splenda Beige Sweetener blend1 huge egg3/4 cup buttermilk1 tsp vanilla1/4 cup sugar-free tasty things chipsPreheat stove to 350 degrees.  Coat an 8-inch square boiling pot with nonstick baking spray and set aside.In a moderate bowl, combine the flour, boiling powder, boiling soda, and salt; combine together well.  Set aside.In a moderate mixer bowl, combine the peanut margarine and oil; beat at moderate velocity until smooth.  Beat within the Splenda granular and the Splenda Beige Sweetener Blend until blended.  Beat within the egg.Alternately sum the wheat mix and the buttermilk to the peanut margarine mixture, beginning and ending together with the wheat mixture.  Beat well subsequent to each addition.  Beat within the vanilla.Spoon the batter into the prepared pot and smooth the top.  Fry at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 periods or until a wooden toothpick inserted within the center returns out clean.  Cold within the pot on a wire rack for 10 minutes.  Remove from the pot and let to cold completely on the wire rack.Melt the tasty things within the microwave until smooth when stirred.  Drizzle over the cake.Yield: 9 servings Enjoy!
